This place is seriously mind-blowing! The cozy and comfortable atmosphere had us jumping with joy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a feast, and the shower is absolutely amazing! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location couldn't be more perfect, just a stone's throw away from Southgate for our epic rock climbing weekend. This place exceeded all our expectations and we couldn't be happier! Plus, the free wi-fi, free parking, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and outdoor dining area were the icing on the cake. We also appreciated the strict no smoking policy on site. Such an incredible experience, highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a cozy and comfortable hotel near Southgate for a weekend of rock climbing. The well-equipped kitchen, good shower, and comfy bed made my stay even better. The location was perfect, and the small size of the place didn't compromise the spaciousness. It was clean and tidy, and the heating kept me warm in February. The highlight? Watching the entertaining ducks and chickens during my stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
